Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi Urai Original
- 50 g bean sprouts, weeded
- 4 mustard greens leaves, cleaned
- 1 stalk leek, thinly sliced
- Fried shallots, as needed
- 200 ml broth, for serving
- For Chicken Topping & Wonton:
- 150 g minced chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp stock powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 6 sheets wonton wrapper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Water for sticking wonton wrapper
- For Noodle Seasoning:
- 2 tbsp garlic oil
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Make chicken topping - Sauté garlic until fragrant, add minced chicken, stir until chicken becomes grainy, add salt, stock powder and sesame oil. Stir well, remove from heat and set aside.
- 3. Make wonton - Take one sheet of wonton wrapper, put 1 tsp of chicken topping inside the wrapper, line the edges of the wrapper with water and fold according to taste. Repeat for 6 wontons. Boil wontons until wontons float, remove from water and set aside. Tips: Set aside cooked wontons in a bowl of room temperature water to keep it from sticking.
- 4. In a bowl, mix all noodle seasoning ingredients, add cooked Mi URAI and stir well.
- 5. Add bean sprouts, boiled mustard greens and wontons. Sprinkle chicken topping, leeks and fried shallots on top. Serve with broth.
