Ingredients
- 2 pcs Bihun Jagung URAI
- 1 tbsp fried garlic
- ¼ pepper powder
- 140 ml Thai sweet chilli sauce
- 5 pcs limes, juice squeezed
- 6 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp ground dried shrimps
- 3 tbsp palm sugar
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 pcs tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 pc cucumber, shaved
- ½ onion, chopped
- 6 stalks coriander leaves, plucked
- Chopped fried peanuts as needed, for sprinkling
Instructions
- 1. Cook Bihun Jagung URAI according to instructions on pack, drain and sprinkle with fried garlic and pepper. Set aside.
- 2. For Dressing: Mix Thai sweet chilli sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, ground roasted shrimps, palm sugar, granulated sugar and chilli flakes. Mix well.
- 3. Add Bihun URAI into salad dressing, add tomatoes, cucumber, onion and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- 4. Sprinkle with chopped fried peanuts, serve.
