Ingredients
- 2 pcs Bihun Jagung URAI
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks leeks, diagonally sliced
- 1 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 carrot, diced
- 50 ml water
- 6 pcs fresh shiitake mushroom, thinly sliced
- 50 g fresh wood ear mushroom, roughly chopped
- 25 g shimeji mushroom
- ¼ tsp white pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mushroom stock powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sugar and salt, as needed
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Scallions, as needed
Instructions
- 1. Cook Bihun Jagung URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Heat oil. Sauté garlic and leeks until fragrant, add oyster sauce and mix well.
- 3. Add in carrot, and pour in water. Stir well.
- 4. Add in shiitake mushroom, wood ear mushroom and shimeji mushroom. Mix well.
- 5. Season with white pepper, soy sauce, mushroom stock powder, sugar and salt. Stir evenly.
- 6. Add in Bihun Jagung URAI. Pour sesame oil, mix well. Remove from heat serve with scallions.
