Ingredients
- 1 pcs Bihun Jagung URAI
- 1 stalk spring onion, chopped
- 1 garlic, chopped
- 18 pcs spring roll skins
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 18 medium sized shrimps, shelled and deveined, leave the tail on
- Cooking oil for deep fried
- Sauce:
- 3 garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 150 ml water
- 3 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 red chili, chopped
- 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook Bihun Jagung URAI according to instructions on the package. Set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in the wokpan over medium heat, add green onion and garlic, stir occasionally until fragrant then add Bihun Jagung URAI, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, mix well. Set aside
- 3. Take a spring roll skin, put enough Bihun Jagung URAI and a piece of shrimp, Wrap it up.
- 4. Deep fry the spring roll until goldewn brown. Set aside.
- 5. Heat oil in a wok pan over medium heat, add garlic, stir occasionally until fragrant then add sugar, make it melt and caramelized then pour water in, let boil until the sugar is dissolved, then add the rest of the sauce ingredients.
- 6. Cook until the sauce is reduced and thickened, then add the spring rolls, mix well until all the spring rolls are covered with the sauce. Serve immediately
