Ingredients
- 1 pcs Bihun Urai
- 5 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ medium onion, minced
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 100 g shimeji mushroom
- 100 g champignon, minced
- 30 g corn
- 30 g green peas
- 500 ml evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 30 g parmesan cheese, grated
- 100 g cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish:
- Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Cook Bihun Urai according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Heat margarine in a fry pan over medium heat, add garlic, onion, oregano and bay leaf until onion translucent and fragrant then add mushroom corn, and peas. Stir until the vegetables softned, then transfer into mixing bowl
- 3. In a mixing bowl, add all the rest ingredients. Place the bihun mixture in a square glass pan. Cover it with plastic wrap and hole the plastic with a toothpick to release steam.
- 4. Steam bihun until cooked (approximately 25-30 minutes). Garnish with chopped parsley, serve immediately
