
Spicy Garlic Szechuan Noodles

Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi URAI Flat
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks coriander leaves, thinly sliced
- 8 fish balls, slice top parts into 4 sections
- Salt and sugar, as needed
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp roasted sesame, for serving
- For Sauce:
- ½ tbsp ground szechuan pepper
- 1 tbsp ground dried chillies
- ¼ tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. For Sauce: Add all sauce ingredients, mix well. Set aside.
- 3. Heat oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add scallions, coriander leaves and fish balls. Stir well.
- 4. Add sauce mix, stir well.
- 5. Add Mi URAI, season with sugar and salt. Stir until cooked. Remove from heat.
- 6. Serve with sprinkles of roasted sesame.
