Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi Urai Original
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tbsp ginger, grated
- 100 g chicken breast fillet, diced
- 150 g shrimp, peeled
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 50 ml water
- ¼ tsp white pepper powder
- 1 tsp stock powder
- 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 75 g fresh shiitake mushroom, thinly sliced
- 100 g cabbage, thinly sliced
- Sugar and salt, to taste
- 1 ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 2 stalks chives, cut into 1 cm
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant, add chicken breast fillet and shrimp. Cook until colour changes.
- 3. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir evenly. Pour water, add white pepper powder and stock powder. Bring to a boil.
- 4. Add carrot, shiitake mushroom and cabbage. Stir evenly. Season with sugar and salt.
- 5. Add cooked Mi URAI, stir well and add sesame oil. Stir evenly. Lift from heat and serve with chives.
