Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi URAI Original
- 6 shallots, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chilli paste
- 150 g peeled prawn, leave tail intact
- 1 tbsp dried shrimp, pan-toasted
- 50 ml cooking oil
- 6 pcs pok choy leaves, chopped
- 1 firm tofu, fried and chopped
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 50 g bean sprouts
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- For Sauce:
- 2 ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp palm/ brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 50 ml water
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI Original according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. For sauce: mix all sauce ingredients, stir well. Set aside.
- 3. Heat oil. Sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant.
- 4. Add chilli paste, stir well. Add prawn. Stir and cook until colour of prawn changes.
- 5. Add dried shrimps, stir well.
- 6. Add Mi URAI Original, stir evenly. Pour sauce, stir until well mixed.
- 7. Add pok choy, fried tofu and tomato. Cook until pok choy is soft.
- 8. Add bean sprouts, mix well. Set noodles on one side of the pan.
- 9. Pour beaten egg, scrambled and mix noodles back into eggs and other ingredients. Cook until egg is done. Remove from heat and serve.
