Lemon Garlic Chicken Noodle

Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi URAI Original
- 2 boneless chicken breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- MAKE SAUCE:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 125 ml chicken broth
- 200 ml milk
- 50 ml cooking cream
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 small lemon, thinly sliced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI according to instructions on the package. Set aside.
- 2. Dry chicken with paper towels, season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until browned approximately 5-6 minutes each side. Transfer the chicken to a plate, set aside.
- 3. Make sauce: Reduce the heat to medium, melt butter. Add onion and garlic, stirring occasionally until just starting to translucent, add flour, stir and cook for 1 minute.
- 4. Pour broth, milk and cooking cream, stir continuously until no lump, bring to boil. Season with salt and pepper, stir well. Return the chicken to pan and let simmer until sauce is thickened enough then add lemon juice into the sauce, stir well.
- 5. To serve, bring Mi URAI into the pan, mix together with the sauce. Transfer to plate, garnish with lemon slice and parsley, serve immediately
