Ingredients
- 2 pieces Mi Urai Flat, boiled and tossed in a little oil
- 6 pcs Tiger shrimp
- Half pcs Lime
- 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- ½ tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- Salt (to taste)
- ¼ pc Red Paprika, diced
- ¼ pc Yellow Paprika, diced
- 2 sheets Ice berg lettuce, sliced thin
- 3 pcs Cherry tomato
- 1 tsp Roasted sesame
Instructions
- 1. Coat the tiger shrimps with lime juice and salt, stir.
- 2. Blanch the tiger shrimps with boiling water, lift and set aside.
- 3. Miz mayonnaise, sesame oil, pepper powder, light soy sauce, cooking oil and salt. Stir well.
- 4. Mix boiled Mi Urai and paprika. Add mixed mayonnaise, stir well.
- 5. Serve.
