Ingredients
- 2 pcs Bihun Jagung URAI
- 1 pc medium-sized cucumber, shredded
- 1 pc carrot, shredded
- a bunch of coriander leaves
- For Sauce:
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pcs red chili, finely chopped
- 1 stalk green onion, finely chopped
- ½ tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 75 ml boiling oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black vinegar
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- salt, pepper, and sugar to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook Bihun URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside
- 2. Make sauce – combine garlic, red chili, green onion, chili powder and toasted sesame seeds in a bowl. Pour boiling oil in then add soy sauce, black vinegar, chicken powder and seasoning. Stir well, then set aside.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, place Bihun URAI, cucumber, carrot, and coriander, pour the sauce in and mix all the ingredients well. Serve immediately or for the best taste, let it cool in chiller before serving.
