Ingredients
- 1 piece Mi Urai Original, boiled
- 3 pieces shrimp, peeled and blanched
- 1 sheet smoked beef, sliced thin
- 2 sticks crab stick, sliced thin
- 1 sheet omelet, sliced thin
- ¼ stick Japanese cucumber, sliced thin
- Half tomato, cut into 6 pieces
- 2 sheets lettuces, sliced thin
- 15 gr snowpea sprout
- 10 gr dried nori (dried wakame), soaked and drained
- ½ tsp toasted sesame, for topping
- Sauce ingredients:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 1 ½ tbsp water
- ½ tsp toasted sesame
- ¼ tsp grated ginger
- ¼ tsp chili (la-yu) oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix all sauce ingredients, stir well.
- 2. Put mi urai on the bowl, add other ingredients. Pour in the sauce mix.
- 3. Serve.
