Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi Urai Flat
- 300 g beef (sirloin), cut into cube
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 750 ml beef stock
- 3 tbsp sambal belacan
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 medium sized eggplants, cut into cube
- 10 pcs string beans, cut into 2 inches slices
- 4 pcs bok coy
- 130 ml coconut cream
- oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi Urai according to instructions on the package. Set aside. Take 1 ladle of noodle water, set aside
- 2. Heat oil in a sauce pan over medium heat, seared the beef until browned then set aside.
- 3. In the same pan, add oil, sauté garlic and onion until translucent and fragrant, then add beef stock, sambal belacan, and peanut butter. Stir until peanut butter dissolve and bring to simmer. Then add beef and vegetables, stir occasionally until the vegetables are cooked. Then pour coconut cream in and add seasoning. Bring to simmer again then set aside.
- 4. To serve, place noodle in a bowl, pour the stew in, served immediately
