Corriander Pesto King Prawn Mee

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Mi Urai premium egg noodles, cooked until desired tenderness
- 150 gr Prawn
- 25 gr Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp Lemon water
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- Sauce:
- 30gr Coriander leaves
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 50 gr Roasted Cashew
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- ¼ tsp Chili powder
- 200 ml Olive oil
- Garnish:
- Coriander leaves, to taste
- 2 pcs Cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- 1. Cut the Prawn back and peel the skin, clean the dirt (tail leave it intact).
- 2. Heat butter in wok. Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant. Add the prawn, season with lemon water, salt and black pepper.
- 3. Blend all sauce ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- 4. Prepare a large glass bowl, pour noodles, add the sauce and mixed well. Serve on a plate, add shrimp and garnish. Serve.
