Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi URAI
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 200 g chicken breast fillet
- 1 carrot, diced
- 100 g champignon mushroom
- 1/2 tsp blackpepper, crushed
- 2 1/2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 250 ml full cream milk
- 1/2 tbsp Ciptarasa Kuah Ayam Bawang or chicken stock powder
- 1tsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Boil Mi URAI for 3 minutes. Set aside.
- 2. Heat butter, sauté onion and ginger until fragrant.
- 3. Toss chicken fillet, carrot, champignon mushroom and blackpepper.
- 4. Sauté until the colour is change. Add teriyaki sauce and pour milk, mix well.
- 5. Add Ciptarasa Kuah Ayam Bawang or chicken stock powder.
- 6. Add Mi URAI and mix well. Serve with parsley on top.
