Ingredients
- 1 pc BIHUN JAGUNG URAI
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 100 g palm sugar, shaved
- 100 ml water
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 sheets pandan leaves
- Shaved ice, as needed
- Topping:
- steamed pandan rice cake
- Grass jelly
- Jackfruit, sliced or diced
- Red beans, boiled
- Black sticky rice, cooked and fermented
- Nata de coco
Instructions
- 1. Boil water with 2 sheets of pandan leaves.
- 2. Add Bihun Jagung URAI, cook according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 3. In a saucepan, mix palm sugar, water and remaining pandan leaves. Cook with medium heat until palm sugar dissolved and thickened. Strain and set aside.
- 4. In a serving bowl, add shaved ice, Bihun Jagung URAI, and pour palm sugar sauce and coconut milk. Add toppings according to taste.
