Blackpepper Beef Noodles

Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi URAI
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp blackpepper, crushed
- 1/4 green bell pepper, lengthwise sliced
- 1/4 red bell pepper, lengthwise sliced
- 1/4 onion, lengthwise sliced
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 50 ml water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- Lettuce, as needed
- 1/2 tbsp sesame, roasted
- For beef marinade:
- 250 g tenderloin beef, cut into dice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- For noodles sauce:
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp blackpepper, crushed
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI according to instructions on the pack. Set aside.
- 2. Marinade tenderloin beef with beef marinade ingredients. Set aside.
- 3. Heat oil. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, add blackpepper and beef. Cook until the colour is change.
- 4. Add bell peppers, onion and oyster sauce.
- 5. Pour water, soy sauce and sugar. Cook until done and set aside.
- 6. Mix all noodles sauce ingredients, add Mi URAI. Mix well.
- 7. Arrange lettuce in a bowl, add seasoned noodles. Add blackpepper beef on top.
- 8. Serve with sprinkles of roasted sesame seed.
