Black Pepper Seafood Fried Bee Hoon

Ingredients
- 2 pcs Bihun Jagung URAI
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ onion, roughly minced
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 stalks coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp black pepper sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 6 fish balls, halved
- 6 fish tofu, halved
- 150 g mid-sized shrimps, cleaned and leave tails intact
- 100 ml broth
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks
- 50 g bean sprouts, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 stalks spring onion, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Cook Bihun Jagung URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Heat oil. Sauté garlic, onion, ground black pepper and coriander until fragrant. Add oyster sauce and black pepper sauce, continue to sauté until fragrant and well mixed.
- 3. Add fish balls, fish tofu and shrimps. Cook until colour of shrimp changes.
- 4. Pour in broth, and sweet soy sauce, vegetables and Bihun Jagung URAI. Stir well.
- 5. Add sesame oil, serve with sprinkles of spring onion and coriander leaves.
