Ingredients
- 2 pcs Bihun Jagung URAI
- 1500 ml water
- 10 g dried butterfly pea flowers
- 250 ml coco pandan syrup
- 1 pc young coconut, water and meat separated
- ½ sdt tsp basil seeds, soaked in water until seeds swelled
- Ice cubes, as needed
Instructions
- 1. Boil water with dried butterfly pea flowers until water turns deep blue, take out the butterfly pea flowers.
- 2. Add Bihun Jagung URAI, boil until soft. Lift and drain. Set aside.
- 3. In a tall glass, pour ± 20 ml coco pandan syrup, add ice cubes, shaved coconut and boiled Bihun URAI.
- 4. Pour coconut water and add basil seeds on top. Serve.
