Ingredients
- 2 pieces Mi URAI
- 3 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 large Green chili, chopped
- ½ tsp Coriander powder
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
- ½ tsp Paprika powder
- 2 tsp Masala salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- Salt and sugar (to taste)
- 8 pcs Cardamom
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cm cinnamon stick
- Wheat flour (as needed)
- 5 tbsp Ghee
- Sauce:
- 1 Onion, puree
- 1 tbsp pureed garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 big/ 300 gr tomatoes, pureed
- 4 large green chilies, pureed
- 3 tsp Yoghurt
- 1 tsp cumin, pureed
- ½ tsp Fenugreek powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Masala salt
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Mix minced beef, coriander leaves, large green chilies, coriander powder, cumin, paprika, garam masala, egg, yoghurt and tomato puree. Mix well and season with sugar and salt.
- 3. Shape dough into a rough ball. Place in the freezer for a moment (±30 minutes).
- 4. Heat the pan, add ghee with cardamom, bay leaves and cinnamon stick.
- 5. Roll the meatball around in flour until coated lightly. Put in oil, fry for a moment, turning occasionally until cooked. Remove and set aside.
- 6. For sauce: Stir-fry onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add other ingredients, cook over low heat until cooked. Add meatball mix well. Lift.
- 7. Serve meatball and sauce over Mi URAI
