Ingredients
- 1 pc MI URAI Original
- 200 g chicken breast, finely minced
- Seasoning:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp white pepper powder
- 1 egg
- Salt, as needed
- For Coating:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- Cooking oil
- Garnish:
- Peanut sauce
- Chilli sauce
- Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Cook MI URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. In a big bowl, mix MI URAI, minced chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, onion, white pepper powder, egg and salt. Mix well.
- 3. Shape mixture into small round patties, with around 2 ½ cm thickness.
- 4. For coating: Dip patty into beaten egg and then roll it over bread crumbs until coated evenly.
- 5. Heat oil in a deep pan with medium heat. Fry patties in hot oil for 3-4 minutes for each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove cooked patties from oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
- 6. For serving: Serve hot with peanut sauce or chilli sauce.
