Bollywood Kebab Mee paratha

Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi URAI Flat
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 50 ml butter, melted
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp white pepper powder
- For Kebab:
- 250 g chicken breast fillet
- 100 ml yoghurt
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp ginger, minced
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- For Topping:
- 3-4 lettuce leaves, cleaned and thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, deseeded and sliced
- 1 tomato, deseeded and diced
- Ketchup and mayonnaise, as needed
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Mix all kebab ingredients, store in fridge for 30 minutes. Set aside.
- 3. Mix all mee paratha ingredients, pour into 20 cm pizza pan. Steam for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 4. Grill chicken kebab, turning it over each side until fully cooked, set aside. Slice thinly.
- 5. Grill mee paratha in a pan, turning it over each side until slightly brown.
- 6. Set topping and chicken kebab slices on top of mee paratha.
- 7. Serve mee paratha with ketchup and mayonnaise.
