Ingredients
- 2 pcs Bihun Jagung URAI
- 50 ml cooking oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 150 g of chicken, shredded
- 1 tbsp fried shallot
- For chilli paste:
- 25 g dried chillies
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 shallot
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Cook Bihun Jagung URAI according to instructions on the pack. Set aside.
- 2. Blend all chilli paste ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
- 3. Heat oil.
- 4. Pour hot oil into chilli paste.
- 5. Pour chilli paste into Bihun URAI.
- 6. Add soy sauce. Mix well.
- 7. Serve with shredded chicken and fried shallot on top.
