Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi Urai
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 200 g medium prawns, peeled
- salt to taste
- ¼ tbsp black pepper powder
- 50 ml honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 75 g French bean, cut into 2 lengthwise, blanched
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi Urai according to instructions on pack. Set aside
- 2. Heat oil, saute garlic until fragrant, add prawns. Cook until prawns change colour.
- 3. Season with salt and pepper, add honey and lemon juice. Mix well.
- 4. Add French bean and Mi Urai, stir well and serve.
