Ingredients
- 2 pieces Mi Urai premium egg noodles, cooked until tender
- 4 Bananas, diced
- 100g Palm sugar
- 50g Sugar
- ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 10 Spring roll skins
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- 1. Add Mi Urai, bananas, palm sugar, sugar, cinnamon powder and raisins. Mix well and divided into 10 portion
- 2. Put 1 spring roll skin, add the mixture. Fold and wrap according to taste. Lid the rest skin area with liquid flour.
- 3. Heat the cooking oil and fry it until golden brown. Lift and serve.
