Ingredients
- 2 pieces Mi Urai premium egg noodles, cooked until desired tenderness
- 800 ml Chicken or Beef stock
- 1 tbsp fried Garlic
- 6 Fish ball, cut into half
- 100 gr peeled Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 2-3 tbsp Lime water
- Sugar and Salt, to taste
- Sliced Seasoning:
- 6 Cayenne chili, cut round
- 3 Lime leaves, thinly slice
- 2 stalks Lemongrass, take the white side and thinly slice
- 2 Coriander leaves, thinly slice
Instructions
- 1. Boil the stocks including fried garlic and sliced seasoning.
- 2. Add the rest ingredients, stir briefly and cover.
- 3. Mix well until cooked.
- 4. Lift and serve.
