Ingredients
- 2 pieces Mi Urai premium egg noodles, cooked until desired tenderness
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- ½ tsp Ginger, grated
- 3 large Green chilies puree
- ¼ tsp Cumin, roasted
- 300 gr minced Chicken
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- ¼ tsp Coriander powder
- 4 Mint leave, chopped
- 8 Coriander leaves, chopped
- Sugar and Salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Samin Oil (Ghee)
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- 1. Sauce: Stir-fry onion, ginger, chilies and cumin with samin oil until fragrant, then mix well with other ingredients (except butter). Rest for 15 minutes.
- 2. Shape the dough into an oval, steam for 10 minutes. Lift.
- 3. Bake the kebabs while turning and greased with butter until cooked. Lift.
- 4. Mix well all the sauces. Served with Kebab.
