Ingredients
- 2 pieces Mi Urai premium egg noodles, cooked and tossed in a little oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 100 gr Chicken chopped
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 2-3 tbsp Sweet Soy sauce
- 50 ml Chicken stock
- ¼ Pepper
- 3 tbsp Cooking oil
- Salt and Sugar (to taste)
- 1 Fried egg
Instructions
- 1. Stir-fry garlic until fragrant, add chicken and mix well until it changes color.
- 2. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and chicken stock. Mix well and season with pepper, salt and sugar. Cook until boiled.
- 3. Add Mi Urai, mix well until cooked. Serve with fried egg.
