Ingredients
- 2 pieces Mi Urai Original, boiled
- 5 Red chilies
- 5 Red bird eye’s chilies
- 1 cm Shrimp paste, roasted
- 4 cloves Shallots
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 75 gr Chicken meat, diced
- 1 tsp Chicken Stock Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Chili sauce
- 8 pieces Fish balls
- 1 Tomato, diced
- ¼ piece Red capsicum (Red paprika), cut to length
- 25 ml Cooking oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut all the chili, shrimp paste, onion and garlic. Set aside.
- 2. Heat the oil, sauté chicken meat until color changes. Put aside within the pan.
- 3. Sauté all the chopped ingredients, cook until fragrant.
- 4. Add tomato.
- 5. Add chicken stock powder and salt, stir well.
- 6. Pour chili sauce, stir. Put chicken and fish ball, stir well.
- 7. Put in boiled Mi Urai and red paprika, stir well. Lift and serve.
