Ingredients
- 2 pieces Mi Urai premium egg noodles, cooked and tossed in a little oil
- 125g chicken breast, minced
- 1.5 tbsp cooking oil
- 1.5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1.5 tbsp soya sauce
- 1.5 tbsp chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- Garnish:
- spring onion, chopped
- fried shallots
- bean sprouts
Instructions
- 1. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper breast. Heat up cooking oil and stir-fry chicken until fully cooked. Set aside.
- 2. Stir-fry garlic with the remaining oil until golden brown. Add oyster sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, sesame oil and chili oil.
- 3. Season with pepper; add abit of water if needed. Bring to a boil and turn off heat.
- 4. Add cooked Mi Urai and mix well. Divide into desired portions. Serve warm with cooked chicken topping and garnish.
