Ingredients
- 2 pieces Mi Urai premium egg noodles, cooked and tossed in a little oil
- 150 g chicken breast, cut into 3x1 cm
- 3 Garlic, chopped
- ½ Onion, chopped
- 30 grams Red bell pepper, cut into triangular
- 30 grams Green bell pepper, cut into triangular
- 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Salty soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper powder
- 150ml chicken stock
- 3 tbsp Cooking oil
- Condiment & Garnish:
- 1 Poached egg
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, roasted
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in wok. Stir-fry garlic and onion until fragrant. Add chicken, green and red bell pepper, frying until its color has changed evenly.
- 2. Add Teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, salty soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper powder and chicken stock. Mix well.
- 3. Add Mi Urai Flat, mix well. Set aside and serve with poached egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
