Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ onion, minced
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 150 gram crab meat
- 50 gram shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 1 leek, sliced thin
- ½ tsp white pepper powder
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 pieces Mi Urai premium egg noodles, cooked until desired tenderness
- Cooking oil as needed.
- Sauce:
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ onion, cut lengthwise
- 1 large red chili, remove seeds and cut lengthwise
- 250 ml chicken stock
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 pineapple, peeled and diced
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Sugar (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch, mixed with a little water.
Instructions
- 1. Mix well garlic, onion, eggs, crab meat, shrimp, leek, white pepper powder and salt.
- 2. Pour into cooked Mi Urai Original, mix well.
- 3. Heat the oil in an omelet pan, add the mixture and cook thoroughly. Set aside.
- 4. Heat the margarine, stir-fry the garlic until fragrant. Add the onion and red chili, stir-fry until soft.
- 5. Pour chicken stock, add tomato sauce, pineapple, vinegar, sugar and salt. Stir constantly until boiled.
- 6. Thicken with liquid cornstarch, set aside.
- 7. Serve with the omelet
